Elise is an experienced Executive, Career and Life Coach and Organisational Development specialist with an international background in Human Resource Management. She has a track record of successfully coaching senior management and board level executives to maximise their leadership potential. She delivers people focused operational improvements within the organisational development, training and development and executive search sectors. This ensures the enhancement of individual skills, behavioural development, team dynamics and bottom line performance. In her work she uses a wide variety of proven tools and techniques which are tailored to each client’s requirements. These include Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness, as well as management theories, personal development theories and an understanding of psychological models and approaches.
Elise’s clients come from a wide range of business roles, sectors and industries and from all over the world. Most are already successful and talented leaders, but may have reached a plateau in their career or simply need someone to help them explore how they might move their business to a higher level or help them find a solution to a situation which they have been unable to progress to a satisfactory conclusion.
Elise believes in making each coaching session enjoyable and rewarding for the individual involved, so that they look forward to each meeting. She stretches and challenges their thinking as well as building their self-confidence, so that they become more effective leaders and reach their full potential.
Elise also works with graduates and younger executives at the start of their careers to enable them to plan their career progress and become future leaders.
From 2006 – 2010, Elise worked for a professional services company, initially as a Client Director and latterly as Director of Training, working confidentially with high profile senior executives. From 2004 to 2006, she worked for a law firm, and a global private investment firm in the field of technology. From 1999 to 2004, she was HR Director for a joint venture company owned by Bechtel and Edison SpA. During her career, she has also worked in the world of politics, fine art, the diplomatic field and the Royal Household, as well as for a number of multi-national blue-chip companies.

NICHOLAS MOORE-SEARSON

Following training as a Chartered Accountant, Nicholas became Finance and IT Director for a major UK independent Film Production Company
In 2003, he established his own computer Software Company to develop bespoke Client/Server accounting and other software applications for business, which continues today.
From 2005 – 2010, Nicholas was Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary for a UK based property and Country Field Sports and Clothing group of companies.
In 2010, he became Financial Accountant to an International manufacturer, importer and distributor of computer peripherals with offices in the UK, USA and Australia and manufacturing facilities in the Far East.
